Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges must meet the following criteria:

1. They must be returned or exchanged within 45 days from purchase.
2. They must be in new condition, unused and unwashed, with their tags still on.
3. They must be returned in their original packaging.
4. Returns will be fully refunded minus the cost of outgoing and return shipping (international orders excluded).
5. Returns on discounted products are final (unless stated otherwise).

Shipping

Orders placed by 12:00pm EST will ship the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). We offer multiple shipping options via USPS and UPS, including expedited services, which will be available on the checkout page. Shipping delivery time frames are estimated based on the time the order is placed, as well as the shipping carrier's estimated times. Domestic Shipping is within the United States. We offer international shipping. However, please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges on international orders.
